Yahoo gives Flickr new features
Site Flickr, acquired by Yahoo, has upgraded its design interface – faster navigation between the images and presentation of information on them in a simple and accessible
Flickr photo-sharing site that is owned by Yahoo, update its image display page. The company announced the change on the blog stating “your photos – Photos improper mirrors two days, local events and exotic moments – are all important in our DNA, because they represent unequaled stories”
at our work at NY Towing Service we use Yahoo Photo site a lot because every time a driver goes to a roadside assistance service he takes a camera and take photos of the car that need compare towing price and the all accident for insurance purposes and then we save it all into our Flickr account for back and sharing with our customers.
You will not believe how many times Flickr came to our clients help in court.
So what’s new in the version?
Enlarged image view page middling, with the option to view larger version of the image on a black background with a click. The title was attached to history the picture below. The redundant information focussed on the right side – where the picture was taken, which camera, who is in her, what her tags and more.
Navigation between the images should be faster – with the buttons on the right above the picture, and with film images on the right you can see reduced versions. Actions that can be done on the image like adding tags, people, send picture to a friend, observant different sizes etc – amalgamate into one menu.
The new interface will interpret gradually to all surfers, and right now to watch him have to log in to Yahoo, and choose to use the new interface – the link to appear on the page.
